Information Collection and Use

The IFT App is a private application provided only to patient transport personnel of Inter-Facility Transport Inc (IFTS) for the sole purpose of providing their current GPS data to the IFTS corporate dispatch system.
 
The app is only to be installed on iOS devices provided and owned by IFTS.
 
Driver Identification and GPS coordinates are sent at regular intervals from the app to the IFTS dispatch system. This real time information is then made available to IFTS dispatchers to be used in the performance of their duties.
 
Specifically, only the following data is provided by the device to the IFTS dispatch system:

• Driver Name

• Precise Location

 
Current and previous location data sent by the application is stored by IFTS.
